HWPSDO is committed to supporting Afghanistan’s vulnerable populations by establishing and strengthening community institutions. Our focus is on building the capacity of local CSOs, NGOs, networks, and groups, conflict management, and enhancing access to income generation and sustainable livelihood opportunities. Our initiatives aim to empower communities, particularly women and girls, and promote socio-economic development across target provinces.
