About Us
The Human Welfare & Public Service Development Organization (HWPSDO) is an independent, non-governmental, and non-profit organization established in 2016, and licensed by Afghanistan’s Ministry of Economy under registration number 4912. HWPSDO aimed to address Afghanistan’s urgent needs in humanitarian aid, public services, health, and gender-based violence (GBV) prevention, while promoting livelihoods and education. Our core focus areas include human rights, mental health, women’s and children’s rights, sexual and gender-based violence (SGBV) prevention, ending violence against women and girls (EVAWG), women’s empowerment, healthcare, and advocacy for gender equality to foster equal participation in society. read more …
